Inter-generational Ministry – April 2019

Hello, Church Family,

April will be a busy time for our church as we prepare for Easter.  You will see our young people sharing more of their time and talent with you and the community.  Several of the classes will be presenting their Lenten banners during Children’s Chat. We also look forward to them joining all of you in our Palm Sunday worship.

Other Intergenerational opportunities include Happy Cardmakers and spring planting/clean-up.  We would love for you to join us in either one of these days, perhaps both. Our Happy Cardmakers will be creating beautiful door decorations for our friends at the nursing home.  While our Sunday school students and families are celebrating Earth Day by planting and cleaning up God’s great earth, we pray you can join us.

Presbyterian Triennium

I am pleased to announce that our church will be sending 12 students and two adults to the Presbyterian Youth Triennium this year.  The students have begun planning possible ways that they would like to raise the funds to support this event.

Sunday School

Our Sunday school teachers dedicate countless hours nurturing the spiritual development of our children.  If you are interested in working with me to plan a little something special for them, please let me know. We are so blessed to have them; I want them to feel and see just how much them mean to the future of our children and church.
