The weekly page of all things youth group
We will continue to eat in the fellowship hall- downstairs because we have run out of chairs in the youth room. Last week our meeting consisted of a local mission trip. We helped Pam Griggs move her fathers belongings out of his home. I find it remarkable that you gave a day of hard labor on your summer break for someone you never met. You are amazing people every one of you. I am proud of you.
I asked you the question, “what did you learn about God” from Triennium. Luke 19 was the first Bible passage that we shared in worship. It’s the story of Zacchaeus and how Jesus sought him. It is also the story of how Zacchaeus sought out Jesus. So, how has Jesus sough you? How have you sought Jesus? Tell me next week when we meet on August 14.
We will have a regular Senior High meeting on the 14th.. I will serve pizza by request. And, August 28th will be an end of Summer bonfire at Mazlowski beach for the Senior High.
